SELL-OUT SUCCESS FOR AIR TATTOO
A sell-out crowd, in excess of 160,000, enjoyed a thrilling weekend of flying at the Royal International Air Tattoo at RAF Fairford in Gloucestershire this weekend.
The Red Arrows thrilled the crowds with their amazing aerobatic display and then met with hundreds of visitors to sign Jamie Hunter's new book RED ARROWS and other memorabilia. Jamie said "The show was absolutely terrific and it was great to see the pilots meeting families and giving autographs afterwards. It's nice to see the look on the faces of the children when they get to meet the Red Arrows pilots in person!"
Fine weather on Saturday brought out a capacity crowd who enjoyed many superb flying displays. In total, 269 aircraft took part in the Air Tattoo, from 33 air arms representing 22 nations.
