Available exclusively from Touchstone Books, these limited edition photographs from Cobra: The First 40 Years by Trevor Legate will appeal to collectors and enthusiasts alike.

Trevor Legate spent 30 years as a commercial and advertising photographer. Amongst his many clients were a number of UK-based car companies for whom he produced press and brochure images. Cars were his speciality and he was able to apply his photographic skills when he later turned his hand to writing and producing books. The Shelby AC Cobra was a particular favourite and he amassed a wealth of photographs of this iconic sports car over a long period. Cobra: The First 40 Years represents the book he had always wanted to produce and some of the finest images from that book are now available as photographic prints.

The prints can be purchased in two sizes: A4 (210 x 297mm) and A3 (297 x 420mm) including a white border around the image, making them suitable for framing. The prints are made using Kodak photographic paper to ensure a long image life (Kodak claim: 200+ years).

Sixteen images have been chosen from the book and collectors can purchase photographs of a wide range of automobiles, from the car that became the Cobra, the AC Ace to the rare championship winning car, the Daytona Cobra coupe. Also available are examples of the AC427, AC289 Sports, AC MkIV Lightweight, the Cobra that won its class at Le Mans 1963 and even an example of the best of the 'replica' Cobras, the Kirkham FIA.

Each photograph will be printed on demand and, if requested, personally signed by Trevor Legate.
